Description
We present this AGNATI MASTER SINGLE FACER B & C FLUTES, LHDPG, working width 2500mm / 98.4”, manufactured in 2000.
The machine is in good condition, installed in production in a high productive plant with a strict maintenance program and will be available in the middle of 2025.
Machine configuration:
- 2 BHS Splicers - 2000
- 1 BHS ARW-M 300 Splicer (liners): 300 m/min
- 1 BHS ARW-M 400 Splicer (flute): 400 m/min
- 1 Single Facer AGNATI MASTER, flutes B & C, LHDPG, cassette system - 2000
- C Flute: ~30 million linear meters - installed in 2018
- B Flute: ~5 million linear meters - installed in 2019
- Roll Trolley included
- Internal Preheater for liner and 2 Internal Preheaters for flute
- External Preheater for liner and flute
- Design board parameters: 200gsm (but possible to run up to 425gsm)
